I have been a Foundation Governor since 2009 and became Chair in 2016. I am a member of St John’s parish where I am reader, Readers’ Coordinator and Eucharistic Minister. My husband is David and together we attend Mass. I was educated in Catholic schools and have experienced the importance of educating children not just academically but also spiritually. I work at RSA insurance company. My favourite subject at school was Maths!
My name is Charlotte Booth and I was first appointed as a Foundation Governor in the spring of 2013. I am now in my second term as a governor. I work for the Arundel & Brighton Diocesan Pilgrimage, in the Pilgrimage office, and I am a long-standing member of St Johns parish in Horsham. I am also a St Roberts parent with two children currently attending and one past pupil.
I have been teaching for 32 years in a variety of settings around the country and have worked in special schools with young people with SEN for most of that time. I am currently at Muntham House School. I am married with two sons.
My name is Emma Curry and I was appointed as a Foundation Governor in the autumn of 2017. I have worked in university education for over 15 years in a variety of universities in Ireland and the U.K. I am currently a senior lecturer at University College London. I have been an active member of St. John’s parish since we moved to Horsham in 2011. I am married with two children who currently attend St. Roberts.
I work as a SEN Teaching Assistant at St Robert’s and am currently a Staff Governor. Previously I was a Foundation Governor at the school for 8 years. I have a background in physiology/pharmacology, and prior to working at the school I worked as a medical information scientist. I am married with two sons, who both attended St Robert’s.
My name is Easter Espinosa and I was appointed as a parent governor in October 2017. I am currently working as a Clinical Nurse Specialist for Urology and Continence at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. I am married to Jose and have two sons who attend St Robert Southwell, Curtis in Jericho Class and Jaiden in Nazareth Class. In my spare time I do enjoy running and playing volleyball.
I have recently been appointed Local Authority Governor at your school. I was a parent governor at my daughter’s school some 20 yrs ago, I was also a Councillor for Worth Parish Council. During that time, I was a manager for Legal & General based in Buckingham Gate London. Prior to that I was a Figure Skating Coach in Canada. I have been trained In Psychology and Communication and Teaching methodology receiving 2nd Class Honours. I retired 11 years ago at 55 and love every minute of it.
I have been a Foundation Governor since 2017. I am a company director and a member of St. John’s Parish.
I have been an active member of St John’s Parish for 22 years and live with my husband and three sons. I am an ex nurse and work as a Care Coordinator in Park Surgery here in Horsham, prior to that I had a pastoral role in a local secondary school and three primary schools. I have been a foundation governor since June 2015.
I started my tenure as a Parent Governor in November 2015. I am married to Jonathan and we have two children at St Robert’s, Nathan in Emmaus and Jesse in Galilee. I have previously served in a Catholic Primary School as a Foundation Governor. I run a part time business from home.
I have been teaching at St Robert Southwell since 2014 having returned as a teacher after being a pupil at St Robert’s. Since September 2016 I have been the Assistant Headteacher and am currently in charge of RE and Assessment. I am an Associate Governor.
